DENVER – Kentwood City Properties and Kentwood Real Estate are supporting the Denver Art Museum with two Kentwood tables at the museum’s annual Luncheon by Design where attendees will enjoy the exclusive Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Retrospective which opens on March 31, 2012. Nineteen of Kentwood’s top-producing real estate professionals will attend the luncheon and enjoy the YSL exhibit on Wednesday, May 9th at the Denver Art Museum.
Judy Fahrenkrog, a leading agent with Kentwood City Properties in downtown Denver who serves on the ticket committee for the museum’s Luncheon by Design, sold out the table in about 15 minutes. The luncheon will feature keynote speaker Catherine Elkies, Senior Vice President of the Christie’s auction house in New York. Christie’s International Real Estate recently awarded Affiliate Status to Kentwood Real Estate. Christie’s owns YSL.
“The Yves Saint Laurent Retrospective is the museum’s first large fashion exhibit, and the Denver Art Museum is the only venue in the United States featuring the exclusive exhibit,” said Fahrenkrog. “The exhibit is a sweeping retrospective of the designer’s 40 years of creativity and features a stunning selection of 200 haute couture garments along with numerous photographs, drawings, and films that illustrate the development of Saint Laurent’s style and the historical foundations of his work. Organized thematically, the presentation melds design and art to explore the full arc of Saint Laurent’s career, from his first days at Dior in 1958 through the splendor of his evening dresses from 2002. The retrospective is organized by the Foundation Pierre Berge – Yves Saint Laurent in collaboration with the Denver Art Museum.
