Wood, Southwest, FL REALTOR®, has been awarded the 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). This annual award recognizes a REALTOR® member who fully exercises his/her potential as an entrepreneur and real estate industry leader; and who shares their time, talent and expertise with others in the profession and in the community.
Since 2008, Anita has been the #1 single agent at John R. Wood Realtors for the most homes sold, representing over 200 transactions and $70 million in sales. Anita has proudly earned 11 professional designations and certifications and represents less than 1% of Realtors who hold both the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a result, Anita is the “go to” Realtor in helping buyers and sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and foreclosures.
