Wood, Southwest, FL REALTOR®, has been awarded the 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR). This annual award recognizes a REALTOR® member who fully exercises his/her potential as an entrepreneur and real estate industry leader; and who shares their time, talent and expertise with others in the profession and in the community.

1324082402Since 2008, Anita has been the #1 single agent at John R. Wood Realtors for the most homes sold, representing over 200 transactions and $70 million in sales. Anita has proudly earned 11 professional designations and certifications and represents less than 1% of Realtors who hold both the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). As a result, Anita is the “go to” Realtor in helping buyers and sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and foreclosures. She has held officer and director positions with several volunteer organizations on the local, state and national levels and regularly mentors new agents as they enter the business.
