Franceschi has joined the firm. In her new position, Franceschi will be representing buyers and sellers from Hammond's office located at 75 Charles Street, Beacon Hill. Franceschi is a lifelong Massachusetts resident and has been practicing residential real estate in the Commonwealth for over 13 years. She began her real estate career in Marblehead on Boston's North Shore with Carlson Real Estate. She spent the next 10 years honing her real estate skills on Nantucket, where she specialized in luxury vacation home sales and rentals for Maury People/Sotheby's International Real Estate.
While Franceschi currently lives and works on historic Beacon Hill, her knowledge of the local real estate market encompasses all downtown Boston neighborhoods, including Back Bay, South End, Charlestown, South Boston and the Waterfront.
