In this executive position, she will lead the sales strategy and maximize resources to enhance the brand experience for agents and clients.

A second-generation real estate broker, Allen’s real estate journey began as a commercial real estate property manager and lease negotiator. A licensed realtor with over 20 years of experience, she represents a wealth of knowledge and skills. Her analytical, detailed approach allows her to deliver an experience rooted in service, integrity and expertise.

A recipient of the Diversity and Inclusion designation from the National Association of Realtors, she is heavily involved in her community as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Communication and PR Committee, Black Alumni Association-Woodward Academy, Atlanta Track Club and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Diversity and Inclusion Council. Allen is also a volunteer and fundraiser with the YMCA of Atlanta. She is a humanitarian to the core.
