MANCHESTER, MA — Regional real estate leader Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty has officially opened an office in downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea—a coastal community on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The new space marks the twenty-third office for the company, which acquired MetroWest real estate brokerage Benoit Mizner Simon and Co. in January and Arlington, Massachusetts-based Bowes Real Estate this July.
Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recently took over the commercial space at 21 Central Street, located less than a mile from Singing Beach and the MBTA commuter rail. It is sited directly across from the Seaside No. 1 Firehouse Museum and the public boat ramp on Manchester-By-The-Sea’s coveted Inner Harbor.
