As a former Air Traffic Control Specialist Trainee, Yelencsics learned how to manage stressful situations with a calm and take-charge attitude. He is skilled in analytical problem-solving with a focus on finding a solution. His attention to detail, organization and communication skills along with his superb negotiating skills gives his clients an advantage when listing and selling their properties.
Licensed to sell real estate in 2017, Yelencsics is experienced in helping clients establish what they’re looking for in a home and ultimately finding a property that fits their unique needs. He has assisted his customers in every step of the real estate transaction, including staging a home to sell, advising clients on potential profit margins of investment properties, collecting comparative properties to establish a price point and negotiating contracts with real estate lawyers.
Yelencsics is extremely adept at marketing his customers’ homes, from designing ads and websites to hosting open houses.
