Mount Monadnock
This is considered to be the most climbed mountain in the world with 40 miles of trails to its 3,165' summit. Views of all 6 New England states and New York. Winter snow-shoeing, hiking and 16 miles of cross-country ski trails.

Neighborhoods
Peterborough
Peterborough, with its downtown of red brick buildings, on the banks of the Contoocook River and Nubanusit Brook immediately charms visitors. The major shopping district for surrounding towns and villages, Peterborough boasts two shopping centers and a renovated textile mill mall, as well as a downtown area. Most of the large area employers are located in Peterborough which include mail order companies, magazine publishers and a manufacturer of precision ball bearings.
Dublin
Dublin, one of the three highest villages in New Hampshire, is beautifully diversified by mountains, hills, ponds and streams. It shares accolades with Jaffrey as the location of Grand Monadnock. Numerous hiking and riding trails begin from the shores of Dublin Lake.
Jaffrey
Jaffrey, with the towering Mount Monadnock summit located within its township, has a natural attraction that required no further embellishment with which to invite modern time settlers. Numerous ponds, lakes and streams bid the lover of water sports. Dozens of winding trails lead the mountain climber up Monadnock.
Hancock
Hancock, formerly one of the state's most important cotton manufacturing centers and home of rifle making, was once very much industrially inclined. Today it is almost strictly residential, but with a main interest centered around art, crafts and history.
