Victor Kaminoff is the founder of Great Architecture LA, and has been successfully marketing luxury and architectural homes in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Sunset Strip, Hancock Park, West Hollywood and the surrounding Westside areas of Los Angeles for 20 years. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Architectural and Unique Properties Division of Keller Williams Beverly Hills, Victor has helped his clients purchase and sell some of the most unique luxury properties in Los Angeles. Over the past 20 years, Victor Kaminoff's name has become synonymous with the finest and most unique architectural homes in LA. Victor enjoys sharing his take on LA architecture with clients and other realtors who have the same interest.
About Victor
Victor Kaminoff began his career in advertising at a small boutique agency in NY with one very small but growing client: BMW automobiles. Kaminoff is responsible for helping BMW successfully launch their line of cars in the US, and as Vice President, Account Supervisor for their advertising, led the creative team to develop "The Ultimate Driving Machine" campaign. Stating the "form follows function", the theme was and still is that "performance is the only thing that makes a luxury car worth the money". In Victor's opinion that same concept is true in for an architectural or luxury home. An expensive home, like any fine product, requires an intrinsic value to be worth the price someone is willing to pay. Using the marketing and creative tools he has developed over the years, Victor has the ability hone in on the specific attributes of a property, capture these attributes in both copy and photography, create a strong marketing plan with targeted media coverage and is able to find the right buyer for a home.

Charitable Work
Victor Kaminoff is co-founder of GLEH, an affordable non-profit housing corporation he started in 2002 and now has over 100 units in a beautiful building that was completed in 2007, in Hollywood, California. This $24 million project was in part funded by charitable contributions, and is intended to provide a place of comfort, safety and grace for elder seniors who cannot afford the skyrocketing cost of housing, and can now age in place. We are always looking for other non-profit opportunities to help our community.
