Description
I am the General Manager of Seabolt Brokers / Harry Norman Realtors. We are headquartered in Savannah and are the Coastal Georgia affiliate of Harry Norman Realtors, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. We are also the Coastal Georgia affiliate for Christie’s International Real Estate and Whos Who in Luxury Real Estate.
I have extensive experience in the marketing, management and disposition of all types of real estate for both public and private sector employers and clients. As a former First Vice President for a regional financial institution I managed multi million dollar real estate portfolios and oversaw the banks disposition of ORE. In addition, I coordinated the sales of thousands of properties utilizing the auction and sealed bid format as the Southeast Auction Coordinator for the FDIC/Resolution Trust Corporation. Some of the regional and national lenders I have managed and marketed ORE properties for include: Darby Bank, AMERIS Bank, Bank of the Ozarks, Colony Bank, Park Avenue Bank, Regions Bank, BB&T, SunTrust Bank, as well as various asset management companies.
Our corporate office is located in Savannah's Historic District and many of the properties we market and sell are luxury homes located in the Historic District. We also market and sell many waterfront homes and properties between Hilton Head Island, SC and Brunswick, GA.
