Description
Michael Yablonicky is a licensed real estate professional for the greater Miami area specializing in luxury residences for home buyers as well as investors. Working with both buyers and sellers, Michael takes care in educating his clients on the current market conditions as well as how to maximize buying or selling potential.
Michael is one of the longer tenured real estate agents in Miami with over ten years of experience. Acquiring his real estate license in 1999, Michael began his real estate career at Kent Karlock Realty in Miami Beach and grew into his professional as the city grew up around him. In 2006, he teamed up with Zilbert International Realty and since, has been among the top producers in the company.
Originally from the North East, Michael went to college at West Virginia University where he majored in Physics before changing to Exercise Physiology. Prior to his real estate career, Michael was a Health & Fitness Specialist. Michael brings with him a strong work ethic and prides himself on being available twenty four hours a day and seven days a week catering to clients with exceptionally busy schedules that don't have the luxury of time.
A Florida resident since 1997, Michael's approach to luxury real estate is both simple and savvy. Michael has built a loyal clientele based on trust and honesty. Mindful that his practice is client-driven, he conducts every transaction with integrity and professionalism.
In his spare time, Michael likes to socialize with the locals and can be found on Sundays at Lincoln Road's Farmers Market or when he can spare a moment, spend some time at one of South Beach's famous beaches. Michael is also an accomplished musician and you can occasionally find him around town playing at one of Miami's clubs or lounges.
