Staci was born and raised in Santa Barbara and her passion for this special region translates into successful real estate transactions and thrilled clients. She provides an exceptional level of service and professionalism, as well as an insider’s view, which only a local can provide.
Staci’s clients enjoy her direct style of communication and quick response time, appreciate her contractual knowledge and negotiating skills. She is proactive and efficient, always mindful of the value of her clients’ time.
Staci is a California Real Estate Broker and co-owner of Sterling Properties & Estates with her partner Michael Humphrey. She has a top-notch team ready to help her clients, as well as a host of valuable resources including knowledge of school districts, micro-climates, and local beaches.

As a real estate professional, Staci has her finger on the pulse of the market, attending both local and state level economic forecasts. She is passionate about participation in our real estate industry. Staci currently serves at CAR (California Association of REALTORS) as a member of the Executive Committee, and in the past has served as an Issues Chair for Private Property Rights on the Land Use and Environmental Committee, as well as being a member of the Legislative Committee and the Public Policy Forum.
Staci believes that continuing her real estate education is critical to have the most up-to-the-minute skills and knowledge to best serve her clients. She has earned designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to serve the needs of the senior population; the International Real Estate Specialist (IRES) certification, to best serve clients in a changing global marketplace and to meet the needs of international buyers and sellers; and has most recently earned NAR’s GREEN designation, in response to growing consumer demand for green homes and energy efficiency.
