These awards will be given based on the nominations:
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company that consistently displays the Board of Regents and/or Luxury Real Estate logo and brand in conjunction with their own brand.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company displaying the most comprehensive package to market their company (Web site, marketing gear, listing presentation materials, etc.)
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company using the most innovative practices to market their company, agents and properties.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company with the most outstanding online presence, with a focus on the unique and stylized presence of their Web site.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company with the most outstanding online presence, with a focus on the technological innovation and functionality of their Web site.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company who sends the most referrals to other Luxury Real Estate members.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company who utilizes print marketing to its best advantage.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member or company who has grown their business through participation at industry events.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member (an individual person) who has set an example for the real estate industry, displayed excellence throughout their career - truly a legend.
- Given to those individuals who have sold at least $1 billion in real estate throughout their successful career.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member company who has represented the most properties in 2007.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member company who has represented the most properties in 2007.
- Given to the Luxury Real Estate member company who has represented the most properties in 2007.
- Given to the individual Luxury Real Estate member who has represented the most properties in 2007.
