In Orlando, Florida, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Reunion Resort & Club where he was responsible for the start-up and management of all marketing and sales programs, as well as recruiting and training a 21 person sales and marketing team. Gerald was responsible for directing the inaugural launch of the community that resulted in over $45 million in sales as well as managing its traditional sales programs.In 2004 and in 2007, Gerald served as Director of Sales with Promontory and managed all real estate operations for the developer. His responsibilities included recruiting and training a 25 person sales and administrative team that continuously exceeded developer sales goals and objectives, developing a cooperative broker program for Park City real estate brokers, and managing the company’s resale program. During Gerald’s previous tenure at Promontory, he was directly responsible for helping the sales team achieve 262 sales for over $152 million, consistently dominating the market place.“I would like to bring value to people…their success is my success,” Gerald noted when asked about his current objectives.
